Stromgren Supports (www.stromgren.com) has designed a moisture-wicking compression shirt that the company says helps keep workers warm or cool. A pocket is sewn onto each Polar-Heat shirt to hold a gel back between a wearer's shoulder blades. The pack is either frozen or heated in a microwave, and will keep the wearer's body warm or cool for more than three hours. Shirts are available in black or white.
