The Xtreme Auto-Darkening welding helmets have a 12.6 in. ² viewing area, which is 40 percent larger than other filters. A specialized TIG filter with an additional MIG/stick mode and built-in sensitivity; a single shade 10.5 with a light state of 2.5 or a variable shade 9-12 with a light state of 3. The Xtreme features a power off mode specifically designed to maintain the light state when grinding and four factory tuned independent sensors, located in all four quadrants of the filter provide maximum arc detection so the filter will stay dark as needed and minimize any chance of total sensor block. Solar powered so there are no batteries to change, water and dust resistant with UV/IR protection up to shade 16. Available in Vision and Eagle helmets.
