The new Model 50 SL Single Line Hose System from Martech Services Co. (www.breathingsystems.com) is designed to provide for compliance with OSHA's requirement for Grade D breathable air.

When used properly, the Model 50 works with existing compressed air supplies to provide breathable air for a NIOSH-approved respirator, and with the provided 54-in. tool air hose, it will supply air for a spray gun, all via the included single line hose assembly.

Model 50 SL systems are available with 35-ft and 50-ft single-line hose assemblies. The system features four-stage air filtration, and the on-board carbon monoxide monitor continuously monitors the air quality for compliance with current OSHA standards.

Complete systems include hoods, masks, and hoses and are designed to fit a user's facilities. Systems are available that are designed for multiple users working in contaminated air spaces. Accessories can increase or decrease the temperature of the air supply for improved user comfort.
