Vac-U-Max central vacuum system collects debris directly into a 55 gallon drum.

Vac-U-Max of Belleville, N.J. (www.vac-u-max.com) is offering its Vac-U-Max Model 2120 central vacuum system as an industrial collector of dirt, dust and debris.

The company says the vacuum machine collects debris directly into a 55-gallon drum with virtually no discharge problems. It features a 36-in. diameter filter housing with 230-sq.-ft. of filter area that has a cloth-to-air ratio of less than 3:1 that the company says minimizes stress on the filters. Also, Vac-U-Max said the filter has a Teflon coating that provides a slick surface to allow debris to release easily and to prevent material build-up and filter blinding.

The machine also includes continuous pulse filter cleaning and off line filter cleaning that the company says helps to maximize filter efficiency.

The Model 2120 uses a positive displacement pump, and is driven by a severe-duty 3-phase electric motor for low maintenance and long-life operation.
