Western Enterprises' HVAC VN Series Nitrogen Purging System was recognized by The Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration News magazine for excellence in product design as part of its 5th annual Dealer Design Awards.

An independent panel of 41 contractors judged the contest of 124 entries from 84 different brands. Western's product earned the Gold Award in the miscellaneous category.

“Our goal with this new product was to resolve the limitations of current purging systems by offering an effective, safe, and cost-saving method to purge line sets during an AC/refrigeration unit installation,” said product manager Mike Miller. “We are proud of our innovative solution and honored to have been chosen for this Gold Award.”
