Circular saws
Varady & Associates of Huntington, N.Y., expanded its line of saws with the addition of three, high-speed, heavy-duty, automatic, carbide circular saws for tube and pipe. The company says these saws cut five times faster than band saws, and that they produce mill cuts. The company says the saws have a numerically controlled, servo-controlled ball screw that feeds bar stock at precise rates. A floating, hydraulic-swivel, rear vice saddle is linked to the servomotor and ball screw to index bowed or bent bars accurately.
