De-Sta-Co (www.destaco.com) introduced C-style clamps made of low carbon steel with an orange epoxy coating. The bar-style clamps are designed for applications that require clamping capacities from 1,250 lbs. to 6,000 lbs. Several jaws can be used on a single bar for fixturing, positive component location and clamping, and the jaws can be reversed to create a spreading action. The C-style clamps have two jaws that hold work in place. The clamp's T-screw is positioned away from the weld spatter and debris.
