Rex-Cut Type 1 abrasive wheels are made from layers of cotton fiber impregnated with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide abrasives. These layers are pressed, bonded together and reinforced with fiberglass. Rex-Cut Products Inc. (www.rexcut.com) says the wheels provide smooth, chatter-free operation, are constantly revealing fresh abrasives, and are designed for high-speed die grinders. The wheels are available in various sizes and grits.
