J. Walter Inc. (www.jwalterinc.com) has added more zirconium grain to its Enduro-Flex flap discs. The company says the addition extends the grinding life of each disc and removes more metal per disc. A newly developed top coating provides additional lubricating and cooling agents for grinding on steel and stainless steel. Operators can use the entire disc because the plastic backing can be trimmed.
