Hypertherm Inc. (www.hypertherm.com) added a circle-cutting guide, multi-purpose operator face shield and dust covers to its line of accessories for Powermax hand-held plasma metal cutting systems. The cutting guide assists when making straight cuts, circles with diameters ranging from 4-in. to 22-in., and bevel cuts. The clear plastic face shield has an AWS No. 8 shade lens that is lowered when cutting. Polyurethane-coated denim dust covers protect the power supply when not in use.
