Trumpf Inc. (www.us.trumpf.com) has a new material handling option that it says enables the TC L 2510 laser cutting machine to run unattended. The new hydraulic transport cart facilitates the loading and/or unloading of different materials types and thicknesses onto and from the laser cutter. Each station has a load capacity of 6,600 pounds and may be loaded with material that varies in size and measures as much as 4 ft. by 10 ft. Pallets are transferred to the machine and accessed by the laser cutter's sheet loading system.
