J. Walter Inc. (www.walter.com) says its Poli-Quick Discs finish stainless steel and nonferrous metals to a No. 2 satin finish and to a No. 7 polished finish. Available in 600, 1,200 and 2,000 grit, the discs are used with a Poli-Quick interface backingpad. Graded silicon carbide is bonded to a thin foam pad for hook-and-loop fastening systems and includes Walter's self-centering hole.
