Sawblades sport special tips
Morse's Metal
Devil circular sawblades with special metallurgy and tooth
configuration reportedly cut metal quickly, cleanly, and coolly.
According to the company, tests indicate the blades cut through 6 X
1 /4 in. steel plate in an average of less than 12 sec
and 2 X 2- 1 /4 in. angle iron in less than 6 sec. The
blades tungsten and titanium carbide cutting tips almost eliminate
sparks during cutting and minimize heat transfer to the
material.
