Heck's Model 9000 Bevel-Mill handles weld-preparation beveling and cutting bevels up to 1 ³ /16 in most machinable metals including mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The machine self-supporting on the workpiece as the operator hand-feeds it along the edge of the plate at up to six ft./min. The beveler uses standard carbide inserts in a milling cutter and completes variable angle adjustments from 15 to 45°.
