New ProMotion Nest software includes an updated bridging feature for lower consumables cost and an optional Cost Calculator module for efficient steel plate use. The software is available for iCNC controls or Windows-based PCs.

With the Cost Calculator, company personnel can quote and estimate jobs for more effective material management, procurement, and cost-savings.

An interlocking shapes and parts bridging module lets operators cut multiple parts in a nested plate with a single pierce.

Other software extras include a macro shape library for easy shape creation and reading both DXF drawings and ESSI/EIA coded programs. A point-and-click feature simplifies setting of pierce points, cutting directions, cutting order, chain cutting, copying, mirroring, and moving.
