The FARO Gage and FARO Gage-PLUS portable coordinate measuring machines (CMM) are well-suited to perform for small machine shops. The gauges replace calipers, height gages, and other measuring devices, which cannot meet demands for parts-inspection certification data.

The FARO Gage is accurate to 0.0004 in. and the FARO Gage-PLUS to 0.0002 in. Along with 3-D measurement, the units do GD&T and SPC statistical analysis, automatically record measurements, and generate reports. The customizable gages come with an industrial laptop computer.
