Finn-Power's LPE flexible manufacturing cell (FMC) features a 6-axes, servo-motored turret punch press, a CO2 laser, and an automatic load-ing-and-stacking robot. The LPE performs high-precision punching, upforming, bending, and laser-cutting, and other operations, all in one machine. The upform feature has a forming height of up to 0.62 in. To not scratch or jam sheets, the forming die moves up, then retracts.
