ESAB's Jesse James PowerCut 650 plasma arc cutters were designed by and named after Jesse James, the founder of West Coast Choppers and star of Discovery Channel's Monster Garage series. The machines manually cut 5/8 in. and sever 3/4 in. materials.

An adjustable output lets operators tailor current to the material being cut. Features include drag or standoff cutting, high frequency starting, and template-following. The company reports the units are easy to operate with little or no training. They come fully assembled and ready-to-cut, including the console, torch, torch spare parts kit, air filter/regulator, power cord, and a 25 ft work cable with clamp.
