Thermex, a temperature indicating sensor paper, reveals temperature distribution between any heated contacting surfaces. Thermex is a valuable aid in R&D and QC/QA for assessing heat distribution between heat-sealing bars, welding heads, clutch and brake assemblies, as well as other industrial applications. Any applications requiring a visual analysis of temperature between two surfaces can benefit from the product. Response time is 0.1 sec. or less with heat sensing ranges from 93° to 149° C. It is a nondestructive concept revealing measurement with a small cost. The paper can be trimmed with scissors to accommodate smaller applications surfaces and is available in 17 by 14 in. sheets in packs of 25.
