Strong Hand is a new plier specifically for pipes, which also converts to a conventional plier. It has V-shaped pads on both arms, letting operators easily hold pipes in place while welding. Welders can operate the vinyl-coated, squeeze-action, lock-release trigger with one hand. When not holding the pipe, the welder simply removes the V-pads and screws on two adjustable spindles that come with the pliers.
