The ARH Thermoplastic Rubber Hose has no wire and features a smooth interior surface for easy airflow along with an external polypropylene wear strip, which is crush-proof and drag resistant. Available in sizes from ³ /4 in. to 10 in. I.D., the rugged, flexible hose is UV and ozone resistant, unaffected by most chemicals, and operates from -60° F to 300° F. Manufactured without adhesives, solvents, and chemicals, the hose is ideal for handling fumes, powders, moisture, steam, and low-temperature vapors, and makes an effective conduit. The outer helix wear strip can be color-coded for OEMs. The hose is available in FDA white. UL94V00 flame-retardant versions are also offered. Based upon U.S. Navy tests, the hose provides more than 40 percent better airflow than conventional wire reinforced neoprene and metal hoses.
