Bandsaw Blades
Designed for
use by steel service centers, machine shops, and fabricators for
long-run production cutting, the new BundleBuster Bi-Metal Bandsaw
Blades combine faster cutting rates and long blade life with a
smooth material finish. The blades are designed to cut bundled
solids, structurals, and tubes made of structural, carbon, and low
alloy steel with a robust tooth geometry that increases
productivity on the cutting floor. The hybrid tooth geometry found
in the blade provides a smoother finish to the cut metal. If
pinching is a problem, the use of the Extra Heavy Set 2 bi-metal
blades is recommended. Available in 150 in. and 250 in. coil and
welded to length configurations, the blades come in a range of 1
in. to 2 5 /8 in. blades widths and with 2-3, 3-4, 4-6,
or 5-8 TPI.
