Welding Screens
Weld View
Screens have a strong, light weight 1 in. extruded aluminum frame
made to stand up to the roughest handling. The screens set up
quickly; unique under-over leg design allows adjacent panels to be
placed at desired angles. Gussets provide strength and rigidity to
prevent bending or wobbling. The screens are 14 mil. Thick colored
PVC and provide protection against the effects of UV radiation
emitted during arc welding. Capable of blocking 100 percent UV
light with five semi-transparent colors. Darker colors provide less
visible light transmission. Brass grommets allow mounting to the
frame with button head screws creating a taut screen surface. The
screens meet CPAI-84 and California Health and Safety Code
requirements of the State Fire Marshal code for flame resistance.
Weld spatter resistant and OSHA approved. Frames hinge together or
slide into desired position to make a stable one piece barrier to
protect against arc welding, grinding, sparks or flame cutting. The
Weldview welding safety screens are easy to set up and arrange in
different shapes to meet work demands. Optional casters are
available to make it easy to move as one piece. Multiple sizes are
available.
