Miyachi Unitek (www.miyachiunitek.com) said it has redesigned its 1000Ws Advanced Dual Pulse (ADP) welder to provide improved productivity, weld consistency and reliability through features such as current monitoring, programmable pulse polarity, increased repetition rates, pulse upslope and four selectable pulse width durations. The unit has a simplified user interface incorporating a 6.5-in. high-resolution color display that shows monitored current values, weld limits, weld counters and squeeze and hold times programmed for each weld schedule. The welder also comes in 100Ws and 300Ws versions.
