Robotic Production Technology of Auburn Hills, Michigan, produces turnkey robotic manufacturing systems. H20 Jet Inc. is based in Olympia, Wash., and manufactures and distributes pumps, spare parts and components for waterjet equipment including diamond nozzles. The combined annual revenue of the acquired companies amounts to approximately $44.1 million.
