Anver Corp. has introduced the battery-powered VFP-57 DC Series Vacuum Lifter for handling smooth, non-porous loads such as glass and architectural panels at installation sites and remote work stations. The lifter is powered by a 12-volt rechargeable automotive battery and features an integrated 1.5 amp charger, an ergonomic handlebar and a front-mounted control pendant with an 8-ft coiled cord. Suitable for use where compressed air and electricity are unavailable, the lifter is can be supplied with a variety of suction pad attachments.

Equipped with a vacuum check valve and reservoir, the unit includes a standard vacuum pump control system that turns the motor and pump on/off at factory preset levels to maintain a safe vacuum level and conserve power. Gauges and indicator lights keep the operator informed of the vacuum status.
