The Thermadyne Holdings Corp. board of directors appointed Martin Quinn company president, making him responsible for leading the operations of Thermadyne Industries.

Quinn has been with the company for 25 years, holding a variety of important posts, most recently the executive vice president of global sales and marketing. Throughout his tenure with the company, Quinn has held positions of production manager, general manager of marketing, managing director of Asia, and vice president of sales and marketing for Asia Pacific.
