Specialty Pipe and Tube Division is a new operating unit of Penn Stainless Products offering nonstandard welded tubular goods in stainless, duplex, nickel, 6-moly and chrome-moly steel grades. Both light gauge and heavy wall thicknesses are offered.

Penn Stainless is a supplier and processor of stainless steel flat-rolled, bar, structural and tubular products in Quakertown, Penn. It maintains an inventory of plate and sheet materials to reduce lead times and manufacturing costs. Also, it offers tubular items off-the-shelf in both seamless and welded product.

Welded pipe and tube products are offered in a variety of grades and ASTM specifications. Made-to-order OD sizes range from 0.125 through 96 in. diameter, while stock sizes range from 10.125 through 24 in. diameter.

Penn Stainless pipe and tube are available in lengths up to 42 ft., and can be specified with wall thicknesses from 0.008 through 3 in. thick, and square and rectangular sections through 24 in. can be manufactured.

In addition to stock and custom-manufactured welded pipe and tube, Penn Stainless offers extensive value-added services, including beveling, cutting, flaring and threading. Customers can also request specialty testing such as UT, X-ray, and hydro testing, along with a wide range of additional custom specifications.
