“All three system orders will be used in aerospace applications, evidence again that Laserdyne's technology continues to be the standard for this industry,” said president Terry Vander Wert.
One order calls for the system to be equipped with a CO2 laser and the S94P controller. This powerful control system integrates all laser commands, motion, and process sensing through its unique design of hardware and software. Another order is equipped with a 1.5 kW fiber laser and will be used for cutting aerospace materials. The third order will be used in the drilling of effusion cooling holes in aerospace components, with CL50k laser system.
