ARC Specialties and Lincoln Electric's Automation Division will host a series of technical seminars at ARC Specialties' U.S. headquarters in Houston, TX, December 9-10, 2009.

The two companies have been collaborating on automation projects since last summer, along with Fanuc Robotics. The partnership resulted in the donation of a robot for the ARC Mate 100iC welding robot, equipped with the iRVision package. The robot will be featured in demonstrations at the seminars.

Other topics will include robotic spray applications, “through the arc” technology, robotic pipe welding, and a new technology developed by ARC Specialties, “Cut-To-Fit Technology.”
