Heavy-duty rectifier
ESAB Welding
& Cutting Products (www.esabna.com) developed the SCR-controlled rectifier
for heavyduty manual arc welding with coated electrodes, basic GTAW
and air-arc gouging. ESAB says it configured the welding properties
of the LHF 405 Pipemaster to meet the requirements of welding with
E-6010 cellulosic electrodes and to provide a stable arc.
