Cognex Corp. (www.cognex.com) introduced the DVT 515 and DVT 535 machine vision sensors. The company says these entry-level vision sensors handle a broader range of applications than comparably priced vision sensors, and operate with the company's Intellect software for ease in set up, integration and maintenance. The sensors have Ethernet connectivity so they can be connected to factory networks and software.
