Induction heating system
Miller Electric Mfg. Co. (www.millerwelds.com)
introduced an induction heating system that uniformly and quickly
preheats joints to be welded or provides stress relief. The company
says minimal setup and instruction time is needed to operate
ProHeat 354. Induction heating electromagnetically induces heat
into a metal part. The company says the system can be used as an
air-cooled system for temperatures to 400 degrees or as a
liquid-cooled system for temperatures to 1,450 degrees.
