Marathon, a unit of Orbitform Group (www.orbitform.com) introduced a pre-assembled, robotic cell with two 30 in. by 40 in. tables mounted on a common machine base. The company says Z-Weld is an alternative to semi-automatic welding and is suitable for welding small-to medium-sized parts. The cell is adaptable to all robot models and welding power supplies and can be pre-programmed for specific materials and applications.
