Cemsa's MRL-F/P-1000 tackes longitudinal welding of galvanized tubes and drums. Motion has been taken over by a pincers trolley from the machine's wheels. The company's new use of copper wire technology to protect the wheels reportedly boosts the welder's production quality, energy savings, and working efficiency. MRL-F/F-1000 handles prerolled tubes with overlap edges from 3 to 10 mm, thickness from 0.4 to 1.2 mm, length from 50 to 1,000 mm.
