Magnatech's digital Pipemaster Model 515 handles multipass welding of pipes, tubes, and tubesheets. The units work with 15 weld head models incorporating controls for torch rotations and oscillations, wirefeeds, and arc voltages. Units sport waterproof, remote pendants with sealed, silicone rubber keypads. Operators enter parameters such as pipe/tube material, O.D., and wall thickness into the unit's AutoProgram, which also features programmable override limits.
