The SW Series servo welding actuator is for both robotic and fixture applications. According to the company, the units also replace pneumatically-operated spot welding. The roller screw actuators are rated for over 10 million cycles, and the ball screw ones for over 5 million cycles. The company reports both are maintenance-free over their service life.
