The ArcWorld V-6300 welding workcell produces medium to large parts. Three six-axis robots are mounted overhead for easy toolchanges and reduced floorspace. The robots' motion is coordinated with a rotating Ferris wheel part positioner, which has a 4-sec index. The workcell adheres to ANSI/RIA standards with tamper-resistant interlocks, barrier guarding, single-point operator control, and dual-channel light curtains.
