Millermatic DVIs (dual voltage input) combine a MIG power source, wire feeder, and gun all-in-one unit, which connects to both 115 V and 230 V power receptacles. The company reports that with the unit's special MVP (multi-voltage plug) power cord adapters, it takes only 30 sec to change from 115 V to 230 V with no additional tools. At 115 V, DVI's operating range is 30 amp to 175 amp with an output of 90 amp at a 20% duty cycle. At 230 V, its output is 150 amp at a 40% duty cycle. Only 168 lb, the DVI is easy to move to different locations.
