Robotic tool changers for welding
ATI's new
QC-210, QC-310, and QC-510 tool chang-ers are for robots in
material handling and welding applications including transgun, stud
gun, and servo gun. The tool changers feature InstaTool technology,
which eliminates DeviceNet-connectivity delays, and
common-accessory module-mounting, so modules mount from the tool
changer face for extra support. There are also sensors in the body
of the tool changer, letting the robot programmer easily teach
master-to-tool coupling.
