The Demmeler modular fixturing system features accurate five-sided tables made of high-tensile-strength steel. Table surfaces are flat and square 0.0004-in./ft and bores are located ±0.001-in. Angles, spacers, clamps, positioning and clamping bolts, and universal stops are assembled into a ready-to-use welding fixture in hours.
