The HyPerformance Plasma metal cutting system combines three solutions into one robust mechanized system that allows metal fabricators to get a quality cut at a low cost-per-foot-of-cut. The system boosts overall performance, productivity, and profitability and provides dross-free cut quality with greater speed and two times longer consumable life. The quality is consistent across a full range of plate thicknesses. The system provides maximum flexibility with up to 38 mm mild steel edge-start cutting. Production pierce capability is 16 mm with a maximum pierce of 25 mm. In addition, marking and cutting are performed with the same consumables. They achieve 100 percent duty cycle in operating environments of -10° to 40° C with 95 percent humidity. The simple design incorporates fewer parts and an easy-to-use interface. The system is ISO 9001:2000 certified and includes a full system warranty for two years on all components and on year on the torch.
