The Anver VP-Series Vacuum Lifters from Anver Corp. (www.anver.com) are designed to be used to handle large steel plates, individual cut-out discs, and skeletons.

The units feature a beam equipped with three mount assemblies for replaceable vacuum pads that are easily changed using clevis pins and quick-connect couplers. Designed for either one center vacuum pad or two pads along the beam, the lifters include pendant controls, a vacuum reservoir, audible and visual alarms, and automatically shut-off above a preset vacuum level.

The lifters have welded steel frames and are available in electric-, air-powered, and self-contained mechanical versions that need no external power. They can be supplied with capacities up to 19,200 lbs. and can be equipped with a choice of vacuum suction cup types and materials.
