These 12,000-rpm disc sanders power 5-in. diameter abrasive discs for material removal on non-ferrous surfaces such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, painted aluminum. As the tool is sanding, its vacuum shroud captures dust, debris, and contaminants, including Hexavalent chromium, to the vacuum source to ensure a clean, safe workplace.

The right-angle disc sander includes a 5-in. diameter backing pad for use with abrasive discs. The tool also features an insulated handle, a side handle for two-hand operation and a safety-lock throttle lever to prevent accidental start up. This central vacuum sander is ready for connection to external or central vacuum systems.

Dynabrade has also introduced the Dynafile II air-powered abrasive belt machine that features a grinding head that pivots 360 degrees. The unit has a 20,000 rpm direct-drive air motor that powers abrasive belts 0.250-in. to 0.750-in. wide by 18-in. long. Its ergonomically-designed motor handle has a 7-degree pitch to help prevent wrist and arm fatigue. The tool features quick and easy abrasive belt change, interchangeable contact arms and trouble-free belt tracking. It also has a thermal-insulated housing that prevents cold air transmission to the operator's hand while reducing tool vibration. Also, the air motor easily converts to a die grinder by adding a 0.250-in. collet, or it converts to an air drill by adding a chuck.

A versatility kit is also available that includes the tool, an assortment of contact arms, abrasive belts and a 0.250-in. collet, all in a durable carrying case.
