Dispense Works Inc. (www.dispenseworks.com) has designed a machine that automatically dispenses such materials as epoxy, lubricants, adhesives, and fluxes to reduce or eliminate messy and tedious manual operations.

The machine has a built-in, digital syringe/valve controller and motion processor equipped with a CF memory card, that are designed to deliver high speed and accuracy in production. It is built as a compact bench top package. The system can be connected to a local-area network (LAN) and does not require a personal computer for operation.

The company said the machine has a drive system that permits nearly any stroke length to be programmed into it. Advanced motion profiles and a library of pre-programmed paths, including lines, dots, fills and other patterns are included with the machine to streamline the operation.

The system can be configured for a variety of lengths and reaches.
