A new series of Compact Oscillators from Gullco International Ltd. (www.gullco.com) is said to increase productivity and improve weld quality by producing a wide variety of precise weld patterns. The fully automated system incorporates an advanced programmable control system that integrates a linear or radial weld gun motion with the adjustable speed of the Kat travel carriage. The unit is available in models for use on either rigid or flexible Kat track, and comes with the option of a linear or radial oscillation head.

The oscillator includes advanced features such as new controls that are capable of storing up to 10 programs enabling accurate repeatability of weld patterns. Other features include motorized stroke width and motorized centerline positioning.
