The Bobcat 250 welding generator features a fully-enclosed case, super-tough protective armor on the front panel, 10,000 W of useable peak generator power, and a 12-gallon fuel tank that allows an additional 4 hr of work before refueling on a typical welding job. The unit's enclosed case design reduces noise levels, making the machines approximately a third quieter than previous models. It features removable service doors that allow quick access on either side of the units for easy engine maintenance. Under a continuous load of 4,000 W generator power, the units operate for approximately 14 hr. For typical welding jobs, the Bobcat 250 offers a duty cycle rating of 100% at 250 amps and 25 to 28 V.
