MicroWeld push-connectors and Parflex Microweld tubing are for air and water supply lines on robotic welding equipment and reportedly help prevent spatter build-up. Fittings come in different of configurations in ¹ /4, ³ /8 and ¹ /2 in. The tubing is flame-resistant, has no jacket to skive, and does not require special tools. It is available in black, blue, green, or white for circuit identification. It handles -40° F to +180° F, with a working pressure of 175 psi for ¹ /4 in., 150 psi for ³ /8 in., and 160 psi for ¹ /2-in. tubing.
