Tech Pack delivers stainless steel or nickel alloy welding wire to joints and seams in a straight, flip-free line for welds with fewer quality rejects. The dispenser is available with more than two-dozen wire grades in diameters from 0.035 in. to 0.062 in. The stainless steel or nickel alloy wire comes packed in drums of 250 lbs. or 500 lbs. allowing hours of uninterrupted operation. The dispenser consists of a poly-ethylene cone to protect the wire and a large viewing window that lets the operator monitor material consumption. Quick-connect fittings make setup fast. The system works with automated welding systems and avoids the need for expensive, maintenance intensive let-off devices.
