Rex-Cut Products (www.rexcut.com) says it engineered its new Rex-Cut Type 1 abrasive wheels to provide a smooth, chatter-free operation, and to reveal fresh abrasives constantly. Designed for high-speed die grinders, the wheels are made from layers of cotton fiber impregnated with aluminum oxide or silicon carbide abrasives. These layers are pressed, bonded together and reinforced with fiberglass. The wheels are available in various sizes and grits.
